You’d better try to search for catalogs that offer all trade show displays, banner tents, director chairs, graphics, and every single type of display furniture, truss displays, and much other equipment. Don’t forget to prepare the table skirts, make sure that you buy ones that would match your trade show color themes, if any. Or just go buy the natural ones that would match any color. Table skirts usually have its type depend on the form of the table, but otherwise, some of them are applicable in any use. Watch for the print picture on it. The next important tool is banner stands. Make sure you know exactly the type of stand banner that you would use. There are several types of them; retractable, regular non-retractable, green banner stands, eco banner stands, telescoping, tension fabric, sail banner, digital banner stand, and many more. The last tool is pipe and drape. Good pipe and drape system would enhance your trade show exhibit booth. This tool can be use to divide a room as a backdrop for press conference or as standalone displays. Pipe and drape is an easy tool to use, because you don’t need any other tools to set it up.
